Some computer generated graphic images of our Club house design to explain whats being built and the 3 phases of the development. Also included is a link to a walk around video of the graphics. The phase 1 building currently under construction is the centre of the 3 Buildings. Phase 2 building (left on above image) is a Club Room and phase 3 (Right above) is Dressing Rooms. It is hoped that phase 1 will be completed in 6 months and that phase 2 will start immediately after.
The intention will be to stay going until the whole complex is finished and while we have funds in place from Tipperary Leader, Sports Capital Program, UEFA/FAI and our own Development Committee Fundraising, there is still additional capital required to finish this in one go and have a completed facility in place for the enjoyment and benefit of the large number of Boys, Girls, Men and Women that make up our membership. To this end we will be announcing in the New Year a fundraising push to get this project to completion. Once the building is completed the investment in our facilities will have exceeded €1 million.
