Ballymackey u12 girls got their first three points of the season with a victory over shinrone. Ballymackey started brightly and went ahead early through goals from lily Kate Kenneally, Olivia looby and Charlotte deEgan, further goals followed from molly o brien and Isabel ryan. Shinrone kept battling away and pulled a goal back in the first half. In the second half grainne Troy and Madeline England also got on the scoresheet for ballymackey. Shinrone then broke through for another well worked goal. Ballymackey finished with first goals in ballymackey colours for Mary Kate Purtil and caoimhe clearys. All 20 ballymackey girls got game time and acquitted themselves well.
