A week of home practices for Under 13s to Under 18s as return to training postponed

As the return to training of our Under 13s to Under18s has been delayed for a week, we are running a home skills program for the week. Players will be asked to do 2 practices from a selection each day. Monday is dribbling, Tuesday passing etc any player that does the 5 days will be entered in a draw for a Ballymackey top. The linked PDF PDF has the 5 days of practices if you click on the icons it takes you to a video demo. Anyone who sends back their manager a list of the 2 practices they did each day will be included in the draw.
