Ballymackey U15 Girls lost 2-0 at home to Moneygall. Moneygall were a goal to the good at half time and Ballymackey pushed hard for an equaliser dominating the second half but were caught on the break late on with the impressive Bronagh Kenneally grabbing her second for the visitors. The girls played some fabulous football over the course of the match and this team more than any in the club showcase how we believe the game off football should be played, brave players wanting to get on the ball and express themselves. Well done Girls. Joint players of the match were fullbacks Chloe Whyte and Emer Moroney and they were joined in the team by Kelsey Hogan, Maeve Steed, Dara Bourke, Devlyn Spillane, Phoebe Sage, Orla Kelly , Caoimhe Delaney and Abbie O Dwyer
