Happy New Year to everyone. 2024 was another year full of landmark events for the Club on and off the pitch including:
• Largest ever Membership
• Record number of teams
• Huge 200 participants on biggest ever Summer Camp
• Current and former players representing the Club at Inter League, League of Ireland, Provincial and International Level.
• First participation by Ballymackey in National Football for all Blitz
• Men’s team retain Premier League Status after slow start to NTDL League
• Women’s team maiden sucess in Combined Counties Women’s Cup
• Last portacabins removed as phase 2 Clubhouse Building is completed
• New Building hosts several events including National launch of FAI In Her Boots Workshop with 50 Coaches attending 
• First appearance by a Ballymackey side in a Munster Provincial Final
• League, Cup and Shield success for Ballymackey Boys & Girls sides.
• County Council recognition of Clubs efforts in Girl’s and Women’s Football.
• Teams from Munster, Leinster, Ulster and Connaught are hosted for matches in Ballinree
• Ballymackey sides play teams from 16 different counties.
• Ballymackey hold successful Fundraiser with our first Golf Classic
• Ballymackey Development Committee secure Sports Capital Funding towards Building of Changing Rooms and Gymnasium.
Thanks to everyone who made 2024 such a memorable year for the Club and we are really excited for what 2025 will bring with work due to commence on our new Dressing Rooms and Gymnasium.
