Ballymackey u15 girls travelled to Bt harps in the league today and came away with a 2-1 win. Played in very windy condition with the odd shower of hail as well. the game was even enough early on but ballymackey started to get on top and came close to taking the lead before Grainne Troy broke through and finished to the net, soon after it was 2 when Olivia Looby crossed into the box and Isabel Manicle reacted the quickest to get ahead of the full back and slot home. Balkymackey conceded soon after. Into the second half ballymackey were playing against the wind but defended resolutely and had chances on the break to extend the lead but held out for the win.
