It was honours even as Ballymackey A's hosted Premier division champs Nenagh Celtic in Ballinree. Ballymackey trailed at half time 2-1 with Aidan White on the scoresheet for the home side. Ballymackey had a strong second half and came close to an equaliser on several occasions, but it took substitute keeper Timmy Fleming up for a corner at the death to rescue a deserved point for Ballymackey.
