Ballymackey U14 Girls first League match of the season was a 1-0 defeat at home to Killavilla. They were very unlucky to loose hitting the post twice in the match and the girls also felt the Killavilla winner from a free was offside. Loads and loads of positives from the match. This was the girls first 11 a side outing as a collective which was hard to believe with the girls playing like a veteran team. There was everything in this display from the girls, huge workrate, organisation, intelligence, skill and bravery on the ball. Unfair to pick a player of the match as all 12 girls were outstanding.
